Processing forged steels with very high tensile strengths requires a high level of technical expertise in cutting parameters and machining technology. This know-how enables us to manufacture highly wear-resistant products for even the most demanding applications. We have ongoing plans for major investments in our facilities and machinery, allowing us to respond effectively to market requirements. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we produce components according to your specific needs—based on your drawings or models—with milling capabilities for parts up to 8,000 mm in length and turning capabilities for parts up to 6,000 mm in length.
CNC Milling
We offer CNC milling services for dimensions of up to 8,000 mm in length and 2,200 mm in height, helping you bring your requirements to life.
CNC Turning
CNC turning operations are possible for lengths of up to 6,000 mm and diameters of 1,200 mm over the bed, or 900 mm over the carriage.
Forge
In collaboration with the Stahlwerk Augustfehn, we are able to have forged parts produced that are characterized by their high quality and precision. The steelworks’ own quality assurance department underscores the quality of these products.
